MIGANI HOME SRL reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Migani Home of their decision within the time limit specified above by means of an explicit statement. The Customer may use the electronic withdrawal form available on the website, accessible from the members-only area or from the dedicated “Withdrawal from the Contract” page.
The form allows you to enter the order details, the products and quantities to be returned, the reason for the request, and any notes. Once submitted, the system generates a summary receipt and sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
Products must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, in good condition and complete with any accessories, labels, and original packaging, where possible. The Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Unless otherwise agreed, the direct costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Migani Home may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or until the Customer provides proof that they have been returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including goods that are made to measure or clearly personalized, and sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if opened after delivery.

7. Legal Warranty
Products purchased on miganihome.it are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and MIGANI HOME SRL is deemed to have been entered into in Italy and is governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or performance of the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini.
